To the reviewer who complained about ad being wrong-it has been corrected. Also, the item shows a link to tassimo selling this for $4.69. So is also better value now. A Swiss Miss 8 pack on amazon by comparison costs $3.69. For the extra .12 cents a cup to not futz with microwave, powder inevitably spilling slightly out of the bag, works for me. Plus when the grocery stores catch on-or target restocks after the holidays (they sold out) will get cheaper.
Onto the taste-we like it and find it think enough-but just as I don't drink my coffee straight-and never had to not adjust my hot chocolate either made ideally with Quik and Milk-this too needs Marshmellows added and/or a dash of milk, or a squirt of Hershey's syrup.
So if you are willing to fiddle with your hot choc like your coffee-I think you will like this too.
Then like at our house, you can make a cappucino, a latte, and 2 hot chocolates in 4 min for the whole family well that's faster and cheaper than starbucks...
